Completing multiple types of exercises in a single day triggers a Variety Bonus.

- 4 types completed: +25 minutes

- 5 types completed: +35 minutes

To survive efficiently, it is important to train your whole body rather than relying on the same exercise.

## Warning: Imbalance Penalty

If you lean too heavily on one exercise (e.g., if that exercise accounts for more than 70% of your total daily TP), the TP efficiency for that button will drop by up to 35% for the rest of the day.

2. Burpees and pull-ups have high TP efficiency. If you have the energy, be active with them.

3. Completing all 5 types of exercises earns a 35-minute bonus—this is the key to long-term survival.

4. If you are low on time, check your progress toward the Exercise Bonus.
